Backyard Briefing
Use our Backyard Briefing Service! In these short free sessions you can consult, one on one, with our Green Team. A backyard makeover couldn’t be simpler. We can explain all the services we offer and which one would be most suitable to you and your needs.
Tuesday: 9:30am to 10:30am

Plant ID
Ever thought to yourself “I wish I knew the name of that beautiful plant?”
Our Green Team experts run three scheduled sessions a week (as listed below) to help you find the name of everyday plants. Please bring a correct sample* of your plant so that we have the best opportunity at giving you the correct results.
*Please Note: Your sample will need to be fresh, under 20cm in length, not dry and packaged in a sealed plastic bag.
You can also access our drop-off service in which you simply visit our registers to complete a “Plant ID Service” form and place it with your plant sample.
We will notify you when the results are ready to be picked up in store. Come in at any time during open hours to collect them. It’s that simple!
Soil Testing
Plants not thriving like they should, It might be your soil!
Visit our Information Kiosk or registers to get your soil tested today by our Green Team Horticulturists.
Please bring a small sample of your soil packaged in a plastic bag accompanied by a completed “Soil Test” form (please see below).
Leave it in our expert hands and you will be notified the next day that your results are ready to be picked up.
